  "text": "JOINT DECLARATION\nconcerning the Principality of Andorra\n1.\nProducts originating in the Principality of Andorra falling within Chapters 25 to 97 of the Harmonised System shall be accepted by the Contracting Parties other than the European Union as originating in the European Union within the meaning of this Convention.\n2.\nThe Convention shall apply mutatis mutandis for the purpose of defining the originating status of the abovementioned products.",
